The 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Mountain House is located in the cool scenic mountains of Western North Carolina near the Nantahala River in Western North Carolina. We are convenient to and offer reservations for the Nantahala River Whitewater rafting, the Great Smoky Mountain Scenic Railway, the Nanthala River Gem Mine, and the Nantahala Gorge horseback riding.
The two story mountain house is located at the end of a private driveway in a quiet scenic mountain area with complete privacy. The house has has a front porch for enjoying the fresh mountain air just off of the living area. An open air deck is located off the master bedroom overlooking a small stream coming from the mountains. The house has a native stone fireplace going up two stories, and has open beam ceilings upstairs and downstairs. The house has ceramic tile floors in the first floor kitchen and bath, and plush carpeting throughout the living and bedroom areas.
The kitchen has oak cabinetry, ceramic tile counter tops, built in microwave, dishwasher, all appliances, and is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Kitchen walls have spice tiles.
The house has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with and adjacent bath, and has a queen size bed. The upstairs of the house has two more bedrooms with a bath located in between them. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has two twin beds. Roll away beds are available upon request to sleep larger parties.
The house has a washer and dryer.
A charcoal grill is located on the kitchen porch for outdoor grilling.
